Usque ad mortem

We give thanks to God for the profession of Solemn Vows of Brother Vincent Magat, O.P. Today, in the hands of the Prior Provincial, Fr Kevin Saunders, O.P., our brother Vincent professed obedience to God usque ad mortem, until death.

I, Brother Vincent Magat, make profession,

and I promise obedience to God,

to blessed Mary, to blessed Dominic,

and to you, brother Kevin Saunders,

Prior Provincial of the Province of the Assumption

in place of brother Carlos Azpiroz Costa,

Master of the Order of Friars Preachers

and his successors,

according to the rule of blessed Augustine

and the Constitutions of the Friars Preachers

that I will be obedient to you and to your successors

until death.
